I’d just bought a used Toyota Tacoma that needed a new throw out bearing and the crew at Helena Import made the repair process as painless as possible. Kyle was incredibly patient while explaining the repair to me and Jonathan, the technician that worked on my Tacoma, did a fantastic job. Doing a clutch job is never cheap, but at no point did I feel like I was being nickel and dimed. Helena Import Repair is going to be my go-to mechanic shop from now on.

Had my car in for a fuel pump (2014 TDI), bunch of other crap went along with that, that ended up with my car needing a whole new top end put in, due to whats claimed miscommunication about the timing assembly. Fine, we got it resolved and done with. Immediately after leaving the shop, 5 miles down the road a check engine light came on for an EGR excessive flow. Had them scan it and got that as an answer with nothing else other than "we'll look into the codes and give you a call" never got a call, just a text over a month after that asking if it had been resolved. Just recently I went into V dubs and more for a diagnostic on the codes and an Adblue issue I was having, I also noticed an oil leak that had recently began and had them look into that as well. Well it turns out my oil leak is from the valve cover gasket, which has been on the car for just over 2k miles now since helena import put it on. Im not having them touch my vehicle again, especially after taking 3 months for the repair for it to not be done right.

Helena Import Repair handles all of my vehicle needs. The staff there is cordial, prompt, and reasonable to work with. They are honest and up front about pricing and not trying to upsell you. The shop manager Mike makes sure the job is done correct and in an efficient time frame. Helena Import is the only place to go for everything Auto.

I took my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in for a noise in the front passenger side. The shop replaced my strat and the noise got worse, charged over $1000. Then, the shop replaced more items, almost a grand again, noise still there and now there's a smell after traveling for twenty minutes or more. I was contacted over around twenty five dollars worth of gas.In the loner vehicles, they lent me after a week i'm having my vehicle! Never mind that they never fixed my problem. And they had it for 2 weeks! The loner vehicle had terrible front end suspension, and an engine light on. I have to travel for work. From when they put in the notes, they did extensively check the vehicle. And one of the repairs I do believe is necessary because it eliminated some warning light problems that I had at the same time This noise started. There was no resolution with the initial problem and now I can't drive my vehicle. The items that were fixed on this vehicle were not immediate pressing items such as this noise. The man at the front desk had terrible communication and excuses anytime, I called to see what the progress was. His resolution was to give me to the shop manager and ignore me anytime I had

Well, due to a variety of factors one of my vehicles had not had an oil change for way too long and so I was looking for somewhere to get it done very quickly. My normal shop when I stopped by had an hour and a half wait so I ended up at a place I'd never even heard of which was Helena import repair. Apparently, they used to be in the center of Helena, but have since moved to a place that's less convenient however they have a beautiful gigantic facility with tons of lifts and even friendly people and free snacks in the waiting room. I was impressed, especially cause I've never even heard of Helena import repair until then. Also, I was looking for the best price around and I knew that around $59 was a pretty good price and so when I called they said come on down, $59.97. So I went down and I got it done and my car is much happier now. But these guys seem to be really great and they had a great integrated system there so I think these guys need more business. I recommend them for oil changes and it certainly looks like they would be good for auto repairs as well. Good job Helena import repair!
